Outselling Sam Harris
Well, well, look at that. In the microscopic subcategory of ‘Philosophy of Good and Evil’ for the short hour as I write this, my first ever nonfiction book TRANSHUMAN AND SUBHUMAN: Essays on Science Fiction and Awful Truth outranks Sam Harris, atheist luminary and living lapse of logic! Let the joyous news be spread!
This is like the story of David and Goliath! Just like that story! Only if Goliath were a little old nearsighted lady from Peoria named Millicent Sopworth, and David was the local paperboy named Harmon Muldoon who zoomed by on his ten-speed bike and clocked her in the noggin with a rolled up newspaper, knocking her lacy hat with artificial flowers askew, and peddled away, laughing, leaving her bewildered but unhurt, in an incident that no one would ever notice or care about.
ADDED LATER:
Well, look at that! I am also number one in Science Fiction History and Criticism! An even smaller category of book sales! This is like Harmon Muldoon bopping a small dog on the rear as he bikes by!
