Tucker Carlson here, starting at 5.18, lists cases where the Federal agents, acting under color of law, without due process of law, or without warrant, harasses, raided, detained or arrested journalists and GOP critics — for the crime of criticizing or embarrassing Biden, or showing disrespect to the Democrat party.
Jan 27th: Douglass Mackey aka Ricky Vaughn — jailed for posting “memes” or visual jokes mocking Hillary, which allegedly constituted election interference.
Feb 3rd: Russell Taylor & Alan Hostetter — jailed for organizing in a lawful protest for which they had a permit. Seen with Roger Stone.
Apr 28th: Rudy Giuliani — confidential attorney records seized under false accusation of Ukraine scandal, but never charged.
June 24th: George Dixon — Purpose of raid never explained. Planned a documentary embarrassing to Biden.
Jan 19th: Owen Shroyer a journalist from Infowars — arrested as insurrectionist for protesting stolen election.
Nov 6th: James O’Keefe & several Project Veritas journalists — raided for possession of a non-stolen diary containing material embarrassing to Biden
Nov 15th: Steve Bannon — invoked executive privilege against illegal congressional subpoena. Please note Trump was impeached for this selfsame non-crime.
Nov 16th: Sharronna Bishop — door smashed with battering ram, cellphone seized without warrant, without allegation of crime.
Nov 16th: Tina Peters — Raided for raising doubts about the legitimacy of the last election. Accused of insurrection.
Jun 3rd: Peter Navarro — Sued the Jan 6th Committee, and invoked executive privilege against illegal congressional subpoena.
Jun 9th: Ryan Kelly — GOP candidate, questioning election results.
Jun 22nd: John Eastman — Confidential attorney records seized without warrant and without allegation of crime.
Jun 23rd: Jeff Clark — Home raided. No allegation of crime.
Counter-terrorism unit investigating lawyer investigating allegation of voting irregularities.
