Key to the Left
The sad thing is that the thought-experiment of asking how a Leftist, if being consistent with his worldview, would frame an argument is that modern Leftists abandoned any pretense of having a worldview during the Obama administration.
In debate, a Leftist will say and unsay that same thing and its opposite in the space of a sentence. In quarrels between various factions of their hierarchy of oppression, as when a lesbian trans-men quarrels with a crippled Muslim, the only constant factor deciding which policies they support or oppose is this: The Left will support whatever causes the most harm to Christian civilization and likewise will oppose whatever most is needed to help it: whatever most degrades the social fabric, whatever spreads vulgarity and ugliness, whatever promotes vice and crime),.
One cannot even say that everything the Left now says is merely to serve their lust for power. They promote issues so unpopular that they suffer immense loss in fundraising and votes. Power hungry Machiavelli’s would not do this. Big Brother would be more pragmatic.
This is not power hunger. This is worship of the Antichrist. The only consistent thread running through everything and anything said and done by the Left is this:
They promote sterility, sodomy, contraception, rather than obeying the commandment to go forth and multiply and fill the earth. They promote the destruction of man in favor of natural wilderness, supporting animal rights over human rights, rather than obeying the commandment to subdue the earth. They promote and encourage witchcraft, indifferentism and atheism, Mohammedanism, rather than honoring God. They defend the right of Satanist to erect statues of Baphomet in public places, but vandalize crosses from war memorials and remove the Ten Commandments from courthouses. They encourage sodomites to buy children from surrogate mothers, but hate the nuclear family, and so dishonor father and mother. Political Correctness is bearing false witness. Euthanasia and aborticide are murder. They literally legalize shoplifting, looting, theft. Social is coveting one’s neighbor’s goods. Sexual liberation is coveting one’s neighbor’s wife.
They hate the West and seek to dismantle it, because and solely because the West is Christendom. They love nihilism, ugliness, gibberish, because Christ is the Word. They love lies because Christ is truth. They love death because Christ is life.
