Leftists Love Islam
Twice now Leftists have presented themselves on my blog to argue that, no, Leftists do not side with the Dar-al-Islam against Christendom, and moreover I am a simply horrible and contemptible person for believing so. Both times, I produced lists and lists of famous Leftwing figures expressing sympathy and support and solidarity for Islam, and both times, I was answered with fragmentary and incoherent statements calling my character into question, flatly denying the evidence of their senses, and changing the subject.
Now that the Mohammedans have slain more people in France this day, and the major news outlets, the White House, and all the usual suspects alike fail to use any ‘trigger words’ like ‘Islam’ or ‘terrorist’, it might be an apt time to revisit a story from October of last year.
It seems Leftist icon and agitprop comedian Bill Maher had the effrontery to criticize Mohammedanism. Among other statements, he said:
“It’s the only religion that acts like the mafia,” Maher said. “They will f*cking kill you if you say the wrong thing, draw the wrong picture, or write the wrong book.”

The response from students at The University of California, Berkeley, which is the Vatican of the Leftwing religion was unambiguous and swift: he was condemned, and the students demanded his speaking engagement be cancelled.
“Bill Maher is a blatant bigot and racist who has no respect for the values UC Berkeley students and administration stand for,” the Change.org petition reads.
The comedian’s “public statements on various religions and cultures are offensive and his dangerous rhetoric has found its way into our campus communities,” the petition continues.
“Too many students are marginalized by his remarks and if the University were to bring this individual as a commencement speaker they would not be supporting these historically marginalized communities”
Marium Navid, an Associated Students of University of California Senator, told The Daily Californian that “[i]t’s not an issue of freedom of speech, it’s a matter of campus climate. The First Amendment gives him the right to speak his mind, but it doesn’t give him the right to speak at such an elevated platform as the commencement. That’s a privilege his racist and bigoted remarks don’t give him.”

So, the moral of the story is this: the Left will support Jihad, uncritically, absolutely, and to the hilts, and will denounce any opposition to Jihad in the harshest possible terms, halting all conversation on the topic insofar as possible, and attempting, insofar as possible, to intimidate all critics of Jihad into silence. If all else fails, they will riot.
Then when asked why the Left supports Jihad, the Leftist with weep like a schoolgirl, scream like a madwoman, or perhaps sneer, scoff, and display condescension and contempt with the practiced aplomb of a university professor, and without the slightest show of hesitation, scruple, embarrassment, conscience or shame, explain that the very idea that the Left supports Jihad is too foolish to denounce, and that you are an idiot and a bigot even for entertaining the idea. When confronted with the evidence to the contrary, they will change the subject, cry louder, get more hysterical, sneer more deeply, and call you worse names.
Leftism technically is not a mental disease, but it is a prison of thought that requires its adherents to act just like mentally diseased lunatics.
Leftism technically is not a political philosophy, but its adherents are requires to have strongly held articles of faith on whatever political topics fall within the purview of the thought prison for that fashion season.
Leftism technically is not a religion, but it has articles of faith and rites and mysteries like a religion, and gives its adherents an explanation of the mysteries of life, and a transcendent communal purpose just as a real church would do.
Leftists are not pure evil, but their thought prison requires them to uphold pure evil.
Leftists do not hold classes in elementary school where an infidel prisoner is brought into the room, and the children taught how to saw off his head with a knife, and then pass the severed head around, still warm and bleeding, eyes still blinking, from child to child so they can look at it. But the Leftist do praise, excuse, defend, laud and applaud those who do.
The esteemed Anonymous Conservative holds the theory that “Liberalism isn’t intellectual. It is merely the rabbit’s r-selected Reproductive Strategy, intellectualized in humans who exhibit it instinctively. Its only purpose is to exploit a resource excess in our society. This information kills Liberals, if you point it out to them, because it strips Liberalism of any intellectual justification, leaving it as merely a conglomeration of r-selected urges that K-selected humans oppose instinctively.”
According to this theory, the reason for the Leftist affection for Jihad is fear, and the reason for their contempt for Christianity is lack of fear. He explains it thus:
One religion is supremely tolerant and loving. It tries to encourage non-rabbit behavior, to help people, but it accepts everyone’s right to freedom, and its followers tolerate almost any sin within their communities, short of violent crimes. You can insult their God, to the faces of their followers, in their church, without the slightest fear for your immediate safety.
The other religion is violent, intolerant, and when it finds rabbit behavior, such as homosexuality, adultery, or sexual precociousness among children, it will often respond with violence any civilized person could hardly imagine. Adulterous women and gays are stoned to death. Daughters dating the wrong boy are honor-killed, without the slightest remorse. In some heavily Muslim countries, children are brought out to see court-ordered punishments in the town square, where the severed hands and feet are tied to large posts to warm the crowd up for the main event – violent beheading.
Even those who merely say the wrong thing about the religion may find themselves beheaded in the street. Wholly innocent people who have done nothing have on many occasions been killed by various means, ranging from shootings, to suicide bombings, to flying 747s, hijacked and plunged into their buildings. These innocent victims have died not only without having committed offense, but often without even knowing who it was who killed them.
One religion is held in utter contempt, while the other receives freely groveling praise and welcoming admiration. Which is which?
Again, rabbits don’t grovel before Muslims because they think it through, and decide to appease the people who could kill them. Rather, their mind touches violent Islam tentatively and experiences an almost imperceptible shot of fear – in rabbit-speak, a triggering. Their brain then looks at the facts of the matter, and subconsciously realizes that embracing Islam as superior, is the least amygdala stimulating of the various thoughts running through their head. Far less stimulating than insulting or opposing Islam and being killed, and far less than consciously groveling at the feet of people they intellectually acknowledge reviling, to save their own lives. If they embrace Islam and believe their own embrace is true, they can even claim to be intellectual, moral, and tolerant, all best described as anti-triggering concepts in the rabbit’s mind.
Here, once this feat of mental gymnastics occurs, you enter a strange realm. Their initial jump to the counter-intuitive position has already been established in their mind as not due to some deficit of intellect, but rather due to the immensity of their intellect. At that point, the more counter to logic the position embraced by the rabbit, the more they see it as a mark of their tolerance, evolved-ness, advancement, and superiority over the more base, primitive, stupid, caveman-like tendencies of their opposition.
This last sentence refers to what I call ‘The Unreality Principle’ that is, the principle that there is an inverse proportion between the reality of a concept and the degree to which a Leftist will feel himself superior for believing it.
The Unreality Principle is this: The more unrelated to reality their idea is, the greater the Leftist loyalty to it, the greater their estimation of their own moral worth for reciting it, and the more ferociously and unscrupulously they will defend it.
They believe Alice-in-Wonderland nonsensical lies not despite the nonsensical nature of the lies, but because of them.
The hate the truth and regard speaking the truth as a hate crime (see the example of Bill Maher, above) and hence regard speaking lies, lies known to be false and with no possible chance of convincing anyone, as an act of heroic martyrdom and superlative ethical enlightenment.
Now, great as if my admiration for the Anonymous Conservative, I believe he is seeing cross-eyed in this case. Leftists are not motivated by fear but by spiritual considerations, that is, piety, submission, and loyalty to their professed articles of faith of their antichurch.
Their martyrs are a willing to die as are ours. Being mugged does not wake up the Leftists because they are not asleep.
They are awake. They know their worldview is false. They reject the world and embrace the falsehood, because it is false. It makes them feel like they can create their own world. It makes them feel like God, except without the mercy, wisdom, common sense, and compassion.
That hate the truth because it is truth is true, and the stubbornness and intransigence of facts is something intolerable for their Luciferian pride to admit. They cannot tolerate the truth because the truth is not fluid and pliant and plastic. Lies, however, are fluid and pliant and plastic, and can be controlled.
God can make the universe in any way He sees fit, without limit, and the sane man can make only those true statements about the universe truth and honor allow; but the Leftist can make false statements about the universe in any way he sees fit, without limit.
I submit there is a simple test which would show whether my theory of Sinistropteropsychology (as the science of speculating about Leftwing mental activity henceforth shall be called) is correct, or the theory of the Anonymous Conservative: Let the Christians abuse and murder the Leftists in a public and horrific way. His theory is that they would cave instantly, and turn into our bootlicks. My theory is that they support the Jihad because it is antichristian, and that a violent form of Christianity would not intimidate them at all. They would instead rally, become violent themselves, and fight Christianity tooth and claw, willing to bleed and eager to die, willing to pay any price at all, if only they can blacken the eye of Christ.
