Trump undoes the Obama policy of shoveling American dollars to prop up Cuba’s hellish slave-state.

President Donald Trump announced changes in U.S. foreign policy toward Cuba.
“Effective immediately, I am cancelling the last administration’s completely one-sided deal with Cuba,” Trump said.
This will tighten restrictions on Americans traveling to Cuba and clamp down on U.S. business dealings with the island’s military.
It’s a massive rollback of the loosened regulations that Obama introduced.
Skip to about 15:45 and watch to 17:00. Just the few words, about a minute and a half, Trump says what I have been expecting each and every GOP politician for half a century to be saying, but have never heard.

For nearly six decades, the Cuban people have suffered under communist domination. To this day, Cuba is ruled by the same people who killed tens of thousands of their own citizens, who sought to spread their repressive and failed ideology throughout our hemisphere, and who once tried to host enemy nuclear weapons 90 miles from our shores.
The Castro regime has shipped arms to North Korea and fueled chaos in Venezuela. While imprisoning innocents, it has harbored cop killers, hijackers, and terrorists. It has supported human trafficking, forced labor, and exploitation all around the globe. This is the simple truth of the Castro regime.
My administration will not hide from it, excuse it, or glamorize it. And we will never, ever be blind to it. We know what’s going on and we remember what happened.
I would have voted for him just for this sentiment, if nothing else.
He goes on:
We will not lift sanctions on the Cuban regime until all political prisoners are freed, freedoms of assembly and expression are respected, all political parties are legalized, and free and internationally supervised elections are scheduled. Elections.

To the Cuban government, I say: Put an end to the abuse of dissidents. Release the political prisoners. Stop jailing innocent people. Open yourselves to political and economic freedoms. Return the fugitives from American justice — including the return of the cop-killer Joanne Chesimard.
And finally, hand over the Cuban military criminals who shot down and killed four brave members of Brothers to the Rescue who were in unarmed, small, slow civilian planes.
The thrill that Christ Matthews feels going up his leg, is sort of the sick parody of the emotion an honest man feels hearing, after years and decades of lies, someone speak the plain truth others fear to speak.
No politician or public figure in recent memory has condemned the slave-state of Cuba as it should be. Perhaps they were afraid of the newspapers.
It is ghastly to see no major newspaper reporting this.
Instead all their headlines read “Trump’s Cuba Policy Sure to Fail” or “Trump policy makes it harder for Americans to Travel to Cuba” or “Trump Rolls Back the Messiah Obama’s Glorious Five Year Plan for World Utopia.” or some other such shameless hogwash.
I only invented one of those three. Try to guess which.
I wish angry mobs of peasants would descend on the news buildings, curse them with bell, book and candle, drag the editors out into the sunlight to watch them burst into flame, and then banish the evil spirits animating their ghastly corpses with holy water.
Remember: the News is the enemy. The Dems are merely their political arm, Wall Street merely maintains their war chest, Hollywood is their propaganda arm, the Academy is their seminary and recruiting station, and the Jihad and the Black Lives and Occupy terrors groups are their military arm. But the News is the permanent center and command post of the forces of Chaos and Old Night. They are the ones inviting in the barbarians, and rejoicing when gay bars are shot to bits by Jihadists, and smiling whenever Moslems shoot journalists, saw off heads, kill Jews, or blow up little girls at pop music concerts.
If they did not rejoice at this, why do they inevitably blame Angry White Men for the violence, or the NRA, or Sarah Palin? Why do they classify recognition that one religion and one only is committing these acts continually on a worldwide scale as a psychopathology, i.e. Islamophobia?
The news is the enemy.
