Reminder: A Deathcult is a Cult
May longtime readers forgive me, for this a topic previously discussed, ad nauseam. But, given recent events, perhaps a repetition is in order.
Marxism is a religion, as it has the properties all religions have in common: (1) an explanation or myth to explain the human condition (2) which imposes moral duties on its adherents (3) which, at times, are paramount above all worldly duties.
The courts of law allow for an exclusion from military service if the conscientious objection is based on a religion; and churches are tax free, as are certain charities. For obvious reasons, mere personal conviction or a secular adherence to pacifism is insufficient to be excused from taxes or selective service duties falling on all other men.
Up until the Pandemic hoax, religious objections to inoculation mandates were upheld, as were, until recently, requirements of religious organizations to pay for aborticide, contraception, euthanasia.
Obviously, it is an offense to the First Amendment to allow the Federal Government to say what is or is not a religion, for fear the state would use this power to suppress or exclude unpopular denominations.
Equally obviously, if the government is required to render certain men or institutions free from duties and taxes applying to all others on religious grounds, howsoever reluctantly, the Courts of Law must determine what is or is not a religion. If left to the private individual to say so, any draft dodger would claim to be a pacifist immune from the draft when it suited him.
So the definition given above, rough as it is, serves a court of law to say what is or is not a religion. I submit that Marxism fits this three-part definition definition, as does Cultural Marxism, also called Wokeness: each has a world-myth to explain the human condition; each imposes moral duties; which, at times, overturn all worldly duties.
For Christian, the human condition is explained by the Fall of Man, the Crucifixion of Christ, and the Second Coming.
The Fall of Man creates Original Sin, hence suffering and death, which afflict all mortals.
In the Crucifixion, men are saved from sin and mortality. All men become as brothers, and while differences in rank or degree are permitted in this worldview, differences in moral worth are not. All men, high and low, saint and sinner, neighbor and stranger, bear the image and likeness of God in their human nature; and from this comes an equality in rights and dignity.
This equality prohibits the worship of Glorious Leaders as gods, not Pharaoh, not Caesar, not Lenin.
At all other times, Christians are enjoined to obey worldly magistrates, and submit with peace even to unjust princes. Only when man’s law offends God’s law is disobedience permitted, and martyrdom.
The Second Coming promises a new heaven and new earth, when all earthly ills, dearth and death, shall fade away, and glory endure forever.
This worldview imposes a duty is to follow Christ, love neighbors and worship only God, which, in turn, requires defiance of police and princes if and when they grew corrupt, command you not to worship God. Then you must accept martyrdom rather than obey.
For Marx, the Fall of Man is the invention of private property. For Marx, private property alienates a man from his labor because he exchanges the fruits of his labor to other men, and hence loses his innocence which otherwise would allow him to share all things in common, as do Noble Savages. Hence selfishness enters the world.
In this worldview, the social order, not the nature of man, is the source of all human ills. Humans are not born sinful; they are born as blank slates, sinless and pure, and grow to be sinful only if conditioned to sin by their education. Their education is determined by the social order, which, in turn, is determined by their material conditions, particularly the means of production.
Hence material conditions, nothing else, shapes man’s moral and philosophical character, dictating what he believes. As the material conditions are improved by improvements in productivity, organization, technology and trade, the means of production evolve, which therefore impels a change in the moral character of man.
Educating a man in a perfect society, writing nothing on his blank slate but the higher ideals, and he would be perfect.
Alas, in the current era of world evolution, the material conditions do not allow for perfection.
Instead, the factory system creates an impoverished class, who, deceived by the empty promises of religion and a life to come, grow ever more impoverished as productive means evolve further. All monopolies grow, capture all markets, combine into one world-monopoly, and lower wages to subsistence levels.
Eventually, this impoverished class can tolerate no more exploitation, and rise in rebellion. They will then change to some new, hitherto undreamt system of production, which will operate without prices, without wages, without scarcity of resources, and with no need of economizing goods.
All men will work voluntarily, each according to his worth, and will distribute the products of their labor freely to others, to each according to his need. A dictatorship of the impoverished class, the proletarians, will be needed to distribute goods and assign work quotas only at first, until the change in consciousness makes all men perfect in selflessness and altruism, that is, a perfect socialist man, whereupon peaceful anarchy will obtain.
All worldly ills are created by private property, and so shall vanish when private property is seized for the public good. Poverty shall fade away, as shall all forms of government, and glory endure forever.
Hence the Second Coming is the promised world proletarian revolution which will usher in Utopia.
And Marx is Christ, or, at least, Mohammed.
Cultural Marxism is merely Marxism dressed up a concern for social injustices and race struggles rather than a concern for economic inequalities and class struggles.
Woke is merely dumbed-down Cultural Marxism applied to race war.
Feminism and Gender Theory is dumbed-down Cultural Marxism applied to sexual roles an sexual aberrations.
Marxism and its epigones, Cultural Marxism, Feminism, Race Hoaxsterism, create a worldview that imposes a duty to undermine, corrupt, and rebel against the current world-system in all its forms, since the world-system is seen as the source of all human evils, and the utopia to come seen as its sole cure.
This requires defiance of police and princes if and when they uphold law and order. For if utopia is prevented solely by the current world-system, then law and order uphold only an evil law, aka systemic racism, and an evil social order, aka patriarchy.
This evil law and order is all the more sinister because it is utterly invisible and undetectable. Only the Enlightened, blessed by the Prophet Marx, Peace Be Upon Him, have special spiritual ears that can hear the dogwhistles of racism whereby the benighted (unaware that they are racists) communicate their signals to each other in order to maintain the invisible web of systemic racism; or have spiritual eyes to see the glass ceiling preventing women from accomplishing leadership positions; or spiritual flesh tender enough to be bruised by otherwise implacable micro-aggressions.
However, once the police and world leaders come under the control of the Enlightened, unlike in the Christian worldview, the world leaders in politics and business, and, indeed, all fields, required to deter and abolish worship of God, as this worship is a core part of the evil world system, an opiate of the masses, an outdated unscientific superstition of the uneducated, and perhaps a form of child abuse.
Religion is the sole source of violence in all history. Hence, any and all violence against any religious person, place or thing, from vandalizing churches, to shutting them down as nonessential, to burning them, to funding Mohammedan efforts to humiliate, enslave, and murder them, is justified, and, indeed, required.
This is why the clergy are the first people to be hanged and shot under socialist regimes.
If the police and princes are not corrupting the Church, the faithful True Believer in Marxism or Wokehoax or whatnot must take up arms against the helpless and innocent, and make them martyrs.
As you can see, Leftism, Wokeness, Neomarxism, or whatever name it wears these days — the name changes as often as is needed, to prevent identification — fits the legal definition of religion, even if no worship of any Divine Being is involved. Their myth accounts for the human condition, especially the origin of human ills; moral duties are imposed; and these duties at times demand defiance of any and all human law to the contrary.
Leftism, Wokeness, Neomarxism, or whatever, is merely the inverted image of true religion. It is evil rather than good, a culture of death rather than a culture of life.
