Wherefore by their Fruits, Episode 11 The Megrims, is now posted.

Episode 11: The Megrims

In which Princox suffers a dangerous fancy, a bout of low spirits, and a dark memory.

What ails the boy? Lacks he a loyal heart to the collective cooperation rating system? Does he not wish to be democratic, right-thinking, utopian, futuristic?

To defy consensus is to deny science!

Episode 10: The Standgale

In which Princox fishes a brisket-beater from the wet, and discovers him alive.

From the look of his beads, the cull is a red-letter man, straight from the hum box of an autem kirk. I thought such goose-cap knee-bending foolery was long ago outlawed?

Episode 07: The Threaping

In which Princox makes a passionate confession, but somehow entangles himself in an altercation. The girl voices a willfulness unexpected in one of tender years and gentler sex.

What strange word from Earth has rendered her so nonconformist? Will she not heed correct thought?

And how can Earth still send word? Earth died! So solemn predictions, certain as the return of lunar eclipses, in generations past foretold!

Correct thought cannot be questioned!

Wherefore by their Fruits, Episode 01 The Rustics, is now posted.

Episode 01: The Rustics

In which Piter Princox, scalawag, but acting as a proctor of the Perfection of Man, seeking scofflaws, has departed the warrens for rustic zones. He is without his snaphance but toting his ferule. It is reveille, and the terminator sweeps from deiseil to widdershins. There are older words for these things, mostly forgotten.

Something more weighty has been forgotten as well.

Lost on the Last Continent, Episode 105 Found on the Last Continent, is now posted.

Episode 105 EPILOGUE: Found on the Last Continent

It is farewell.

What happens hereafter to Colonel Lost, his bride he hopes to wed, the family he hopes to father, the commonwealth he hopes to found, the aircraft company he hopes to build, the garden he hopes to plant, or the heaven he hopes to reach, is not recorded in any posthistorical record.

With the shutting of the Gate of Eternity, and all power of time travel abolished, no whisper will ever reach us of what fate intends. His future, like our own, will remain unknown until the day it comes to pass.

Which is as it is meant to be.

Lost on the Last Continent, Episode 104 The Ghosts of the Future, is now posted.

Episode 104 The Ghosts of the Future

The penultimate episode!

When the Gate of Eternity opens, it will mean either utter failure for Colonel Lost, or else a victory so complete, that no battle like this need ever be fought again.

But what joy is there in triumph, or what sorrow in defeat, in the war for the fate of all the world and infinite time together, if a man cannot win the hand of his beloved?

And can he win, or should he, when his rival for this hand is his dearest friend?

The paradox of time travel is as nothing compared to the paradox of love!

Next week is the epilogue, dear readers, and our last we shall ever know of Colonel Lost.
