Musical Interlude
Danny Kaye in Knock on Wood
For those of you too young to remember Danny Kaye, he was a performer without peer. He could sing, dance, act, do comedy, do physical comedy. (Kaye was also a chef, a baseball team owner, and an airplane pilot.)
If you have never seen it, I recommend THE COURT JESTER, which is perhaps his best and funniest film. It is also the role model I use when devising plot.
